Quite a few recipes in this book require ingredients that need to be made ahead of time. With your time in the kitchen being limited now that you have a little one, it is best to pre-make a large batch of certain basics to save you time when you want to prepare a meal. Included in this section are some of the things I have pre-made in my pantry (or freezer).

Also included in this section are some of the nutritional enhancers that can be added to every meal as well as fermented foodsโ€ฆ which should be added to every meal!
