Let me help you feed your kids nutrient-dense foods to nourish their health and happiness.
My role as a health coach is to guide and support you in reaching your chosen health and wellness goals. As a health coach there are some guiding principles I believe in and which inform my coaching practice:
- Bio-Individuality – ‘One man’s food is another man’s poison’. That is, what works for someone may not work for you. By awakening your intuition, we will discover what foods do and don’t work for you as a unique individual.
- Intuitive Eating – while I may give you recommendations on food and supplements, you will know best what your body needs on any given day – trust your gut (and if you don’t, you will learn how to)!
- Primary Foods – the food on your plate is secondary. The Primary foods are:
- Relationships
- Life Purpose
- Physical Movement
- Spirituality
- Environment
The Primary Foods are essentially soul food and they help manage the stresses in our lives. When the Primary Foods in your life are in balance, you “digest” life better. When you are digesting life well, you are able to digest your food well.
Secondary Foods – my belief is very much that “The food you eat can either be the best form of medicine or the slowest form of poison”. Together, we will explore and discover what is (or will) nourish you, and what is harming you.

All my coaching programmes and services give you access to recipe collections and meal plans to suit your needs, my masterclass recordings, my library of health & wellness resources, and my network of integrative health and medical practitioners who I partner with.
I run a virtual health coaching practice via the Practice Better app. All consultations are done via video call.

Drop-In Consultation (1.5 hours)
This is a “pick-my-brain” health & nourishment information session (not part of a health coaching program). We will discuss your current health or nourishment challenge, explore possible root cause and/or solutions and answer any questions you may have.
You will leave with fresh insights, knowledge, suggestions of what to do next, which medical professionals to see, or which products to buy and a whole lot of “I’ve got this!” energy and clarity.
